Any approved refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:

- Delivered digital products
- Custom website development
- Website redesign services
- Landing page design services
- Website maintenance services have already been performed
- Speed optimization services have already been completed
- SEO services already delivered
- Consultation services already provided
- Third-party software, themes, plugins, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client
Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started:
- Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
- Any completed work remains the property of Saif IT Park until full payment is received.
- Additional fees may apply for work completed beyond the amount already paid.
Project Delays
If a project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide:
- Content
- Images
- Login credentials
- Feedback
- Approvals
The project will remain active, and no refund will be issued based on those delays.
Website Performance and Results
While we follow industry best practices, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings
- Exact website traffic increases
- Specific sales results
- Business growth outcomes
- Third-party platform performance
Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on unmet business expectations or marketing outcomes.
Third-Party Services
Refunds cannot be provided for third-party expenses, including:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Stock images
- Software licenses
- Payment gateway fees
These purchases are governed by the policies of their respective providers.
Chargebacks
If you have concerns regarding a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Project termination
- Recovery actions for completed work
Approved Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days after approval.
